You will know within one business day whether we can take the participant on, and we will tell you honestly if we cannot.

Week one of every placement, you and the family receive a written report on roster, transition status, and any escalations.

In-house training on tracheostomy, ventilation, severe dysphagia, PEG feeding, complex bowel care, seizure protocols, intensive positive behaviour support. Registered nurses brought in where the plan funds them.
Yes. We come in before the participant leaves the ward. Established relationships with discharge teams across Melbourne metro hospitals and the north Brisbane area. References available on request.
Lead carer plus backup carer per participant. Active overnight or sleepover depending on the plan. Same team week to week. We do not sub-contract or use unfamiliar agency staff on Tier 1 plans.

Yes. NDIS plans give participants the right to choose providers. We handle the handover paperwork and coordinate with the existing coordinator if there is one.
NDIS Code of Conduct compliant. Documented complaint resolution process within 48 hours. Public reviews responded to within 48 hours, factually and supportively, with private channels offered for full resolution.
