Ventilation support

Non-invasive and invasive ventilation. Equipment troubleshooting. Direct liaison with the participant's clinical team.

PEG feeding and severe dysphagia

PEG site care, feed administration, choke risk management. Speech pathology referrals coordinated through Lumi Support.

Seizure protocols

Documented seizure plans per participant. Midazolam administration where prescribed. Hospital escalation pathways.

Intensive Positive Behaviour Support

PBS plan adherence. Behavioural specialist liaison. Restrictive practices reduction tracking.

Complex bowel and continence care

Manual evacuation protocols, catheter care, stoma management. Clinical handover from hospital teams documented in writing.

Are you NDIS-registered?

Yes. ABN 75 672 596 217. Registration current to 26 May 2028. Listed on the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission provider register.

What complex care credentials do you hold?

In-house training on tracheostomy, ventilation, severe dysphagia, PEG feeding, complex bowel care, seizure protocols, intensive positive behaviour support. Registered nurses brought in where the plan funds them.

Do you work with hospital discharge teams directly?

Yes. We come in before the participant leaves the ward. Established relationships with discharge teams across Melbourne metro hospitals and the north Brisbane area. References available on request.

How do you staff 24/7 rosters?

Lead carer plus backup carer per participant. Active overnight or sleepover depending on the plan. Same team week to week. We do not sub-contract or use unfamiliar agency staff on Tier 1 plans.

Where do you operate?

All of Melbourne. Brisbane (including Caboolture and the north Brisbane area). Sunshine Coast. Gold Coast. Travel further for the right plan.

Can a participant switch providers to you mid-plan?

Yes. NDIS plans give participants the right to choose providers. We handle the handover paperwork and coordinate with the existing coordinator if there is one.

How do you handle complaints or unfair reviews?

NDIS Code of Conduct compliant. Documented complaint resolution process within 48 hours. Public reviews responded to within 48 hours, factually and supportively, with private channels offered for full resolution.
